Our marketing policy is important, in that we need to satisfy the needs of both builders, and private buyers.
Historically, we have allocated whole stages to either builders or private buyers, but more recently, due to the current market, we have been releasing stages that have been made available to both builders, and private buyers, simultaneously.
Our builders depend on a continuity of available sections, in order to maintain their share of the housing market, and to provide 'land and house' packages for buyers who prefer that option. We therefore, depending on availability, allow builders to purchase multiple sections, in order to maintain their own sales and business plans. Their loyalty and investment in Parklands Residential Estate provides impetus for the continuing expansion of the development.
However, we do not allow reservations of particular sections in advance, before they are either allocated to builders, or made available publicly.
