Finding the best section

When trying to find the right section you need to make sure you take all your requirements into account; some of the basic things to think about are:

  • Location of North for the sun
  • Layout of your floor plan in relation to the section

You may find that it is best to get your architect or builder to even help you select the best section for your house plan. There are a number of builders offering land and house packages in Parklands, you can view these on the builders page.
